Week 0 is an honest one. The send numbers are poor, and the cause was infrastructure rather than the offer or the list. The original inboxes were caught early and deliverability collapsed, so most emails never reached the primary inbox. We paused them instead of burning more volume, and bounces stayed low at around 1.5 percent, which tells us the list itself is clean.
Behind that, the fix is already done. Sending was rebuilt on fresh domains and warmed the right way, and 32 inboxes clear the standard 14-day warmup this weekend, cleared to send from Monday. A second batch of 40 follows around 10 July. And we have added a live calling layer on top of the email engine, so every interested reply now gets a real phone call while it is still warm.

On top of the email engine we have added a live dialer. Every interested reply now gets a real phone call, fast, while they are still warm. This is the layer that turns replies into booked calls.

- Monday 6 Jul: launch fresh campaigns on the 32 warmed inboxes with a new lead pull, and keep current sends running alongside.
- Around 10 Jul: fold in the second batch of 40 inboxes as it clears warmup, stepping live capacity up to ~72.
- Ongoing: hold 10/day per inbox and watch the reply rate climb back toward the 2 percent target now that mail actually lands.
- Every interested reply: called through the live dialer within the hour, so warm replies convert to booked calls instead of cooling off.
